All bookings are confirmed over phone call or WhatsApp once vehicle availability and fare are agreed. A booking is treated as confirmed only after this verbal or written confirmation from our team.
Fares quoted are based on the vehicle type, distance and duration discussed at the time of booking. Toll, parking, permit and driver allowance charges are typically additional unless stated otherwise, and will be confirmed before your trip begins.
We assign verified drivers and maintained vehicles for every trip. Any issues during the trip should be reported to us immediately by phone so we can resolve them.
Passengers are responsible for their luggage and belongings during the trip. Please inform the driver of any special requirements (extra stops, luggage, elderly or medical passengers) at the time of booking.
While we take all reasonable precautions for passenger safety, travel is subject to road, weather and traffic conditions beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by such factors.
